AI will play a central role in achieving that ambition. That’s why we’re looking for you, our new AI Managing Consultant. Someone who drives growth through commercial initiatives, delivers impactful AI solutions for clients, and shapes Dawn’s AI proposition and team development.

What will you do?

• Identify commercial opportunities and convert them into client engagements

• Achieve AI sales targets in collaboration with the commercial team

• Advise clients on AI strategy, use cases, and architecture, working closely with specialists in software development and our Innovation Lab

• Lead AI projects from proposal to implementation, including governance and stakeholder management

• Work with the CTO to develop distinctive, solid AI propositions — because we know how complex it is to build simple solutions

• Develop thought leadership at the intersection of AI and custom software

• Help shape our go-to-market approach in collaboration with marketing, sales, and the leadership team

• Build and scale the internal AI team

• Encourage internal knowledge sharing and professionalization

Requirements

You are a consultant with vision and depth — and someone who gains energy from building: teams, propositions, and client impact. You have a strong foundation in information technology through education and/or professional experience.

You bring:

• A university or applied sciences degree in information technology, data science, econometrics, AI, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in consultancy

• Demonstrable sales experience and results

• Demonstrable leadership experience

• Proven experience in successfully delivering AI solutions

• Strong knowledge of modern AI techniques and platforms (including NLP, MLOps, LLMs, model governance)

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including at executive level

• An entrepreneurial mindset: you want to build something, not just execute

• Fluency in Dutch and English

• Based in the Netherlands
