To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a New Business Developer who is commercially driven. Someone who bridges the gap between the client’s business challenge and the technical elegance of our solutions.

Your role: The bridge between business and bits


As a Junior/Medior New Business Developer, you are the pioneer who opens new doors. You are not of the “quick sale,” but of building sustainable relationships. You are eager to learn, careful, and commercially smart. You understand that you are not selling a standard product, but the start of a tailor-made software project.

Your responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: You proactively identify new opportunities in the market (e.g., within enterprise environments or complex SMB+) and make the first contacts.

  • Needs Analysis & Qualification: You conduct sharp, substantive conversations to understand the client question. You are the indispensable first link who listens, asks further questions, and qualifies the real business challenge.

  • Bridge to Technology: You work closely with our Solution Architects and Senior .NET Developers. You convey the client question clearly, they design the solution. Together you form the winning team.

  • Proposals: You assist in translating the proposed solution into convincing proposals and quotes that clearly show the value for the client.

  • Sales Cycle Management: You manage the commercial process from first contact to signature, with strong support from the (pre-sales) technical team.

Requirements


Who are we looking for? A commercial tech enthusiast
We are not looking for a developer who wants to sell, but a sales professional who is genuinely passionate about technology.

  • Experience: You have 1–4+ years of experience in a commercial B2B role, ideally within IT services, secondment, or software sales.

  • Technical Affinity: This is crucial. You have demonstrable and deep affinity with software development.

  • Solution Mindset: You understand that you are not selling a “box” (SaaS), but a tailor-made solution or project. You are comfortable selling a (yet to be built) concept.

  • The .NET Connection (preferred): Terms like Azure, microservices, APIs, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) do not scare you; they make you curious.

  • Drive: You are energetic, proactive, result-oriented, and a team player. You get a kick from winning a new, complex client.

  • Communication: You are extremely strong in communication (both Dutch and English) and can switch at different levels.

  • Level: You have HBO/WO work and thinking level.
