Culture

Peercode maintains a flat organizational structure—no account managers in name, and no middle layers. We work in teams, and as you grow, you’ll gain more responsibility, including direct client and partner contact. However, we ensure you are well-supported and guided. Peercode thrives when you and your colleagues thrive—it’s that simple. We lunch together at the office daily, with Peercode providing and covering the cost. We have a foosball table and frequently host social gatherings. Our culture is informal, collegial, and no-nonsense, offering you the freedom to continue developing yourself, explore new tools and techniques, and acquire new skills. Initiative is highly valued here. We want you to work with us because you bring something unique; we also understand that you join us to learn—from your colleagues, our methods, and our clients.

Most of our projects are in the health domain. Our websites and apps assist doctors in providing better care and help patients receive more effective treatment. We not only work on assignments but also develop our own ideas, often partnering with others to create impactful products and services. If we’re excited and see potential, we bring them to life!
