For our team in Delft, we're looking for an experienced Delphi Developer who finds energy in building software that truly matters—whether it's for mobility, elections, or high-traffic environments like Schiphol Airport.

Requirements:

As a Software Developer (Delphi), you'll work on smart, customized solutions that directly impact our clients' operations. You'll work independently or as part of a team on complex applications, often with robust back-end logic and a clear connection to real-world applications. You'll contribute to architectural design, develop new functionalities, and occasionally visit clients on-site to see how your solution is being implemented.

Projects you can work on include:

• Smart parking solutions for major cities.
• Real-time applications at airports.
• Software for national election processes.

Ideal Profile for a Senior Delphi Developer:

• You have at least a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking, preferably in (technical) computer science.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and are skilled in Embarcadero RAD Studio/Delphi.
• You have a strong command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• You take initiative, are resourceful, and enjoy taking the lead within a team. You're responsible and appreciate the opportunity to grow further in that role.
• Knowledge of Java, C#, or PHP is a plus.
